    STEP 1

    Molten Ingot

    Debugging

    Parts have gate; burs and flash in this stage. hence, we need to debug these with manual or die cutting machine. Although the appearance of magnesium alloy is brighter after cleaning and polishing. but the deformation will be larger, which is more difficult to correct due to the hardness of magnesium.

    STEP 4

    Surface Treatment

    There have two types surface treatment; such as, Anodizing and Hardening.

    CNC Machining

    For some critical dimension with smaller tolerance. need to run CNC machining to make it.
